Notes: Dark spots in the aura and chakras are generally accumulated ‘impurities’ of all kinds. For instance, in the Root chakra, repetitive thoughts about lack and scarcity, or taking part in behaviors that are not necessarily good for you, these darker areas or spots can mean that your thoughts or behaviors (and your thoughts about that behaviors), is manifesting into lower frequency debris in and around the energy center. If these darker areas are not cleaned out regularly, the organs in the surrounding area will begin to have energetic blockages too, which can lead to illness. The chakras vibrate on the frequency we feed it, and if the frequency becomes clogged and dirty, then that frequency will attract only to a lesser degree what we need (in the case of the root chakra; to survive). However, if that frequency is kept high and clean, our frequency will attract opportunities, healthy organs around that chakra, and we will meet helpful people who match our frequency.
Blocked and underactive chakras will be small in size, while over active chakras will be very large or even overpowering other, underactive and small chakras. Ideally, we want our chakras to be of proper size, and well -functioning without dark areas or dark spots, which means energetic blockages are present in the chakra. That in turn affects the functionality of the chakra, so need to be cleared regularly.

Know where your energy centers are situated
If you can, remove your shoes, and stand with your feet flat on the grass or ground. Imagine in your mind’s eye that you have beautiful roots growing out of your feet into the ground. Allow the roots to grow deeper and stronger, but never forcefully.
By connecting to the earth in this way, you are able to draw energy up through the roots and the soles of your feet, and into your body. As you do this, send the energy up through your legs, and then into each of your energy points, one by one.
First, draw energy into your Root: your survival center. Visualize it as a red spinning fan, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your root chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a beautiful, vibrant red spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your root chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
Next, push the energy coming from the roots under your feet into your Sacral: Your creative center. Visualize it as a vibrant orange fan, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your sacral chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a beautiful and vivid orange spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your sacral chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
Now continue pushing the energy coming from the roots under your feet into your Solar Plexus: Your personal power center. Visualize it as a vibrant orange fan, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your solar plexus chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a beautiful and sunny yellow spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your solar plexus chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
Next, continue pushing up the energy coming from the roots under your feet up, first into your heart, then into your throat, brow and finally into your crown. From there shoot your energy up into the universe.
Connect to the divine, feel that connection and then bring back the energy from the universe in the form of a column of bright white light, first into your crown chakra: your personal connection to the universe (or the divine).
Visualize it as a Shining sparkly white fan with beautiful swirls of violet swimming in it, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your crown chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a gorgeous celestial white and violet spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your crown chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
From there, draw in the energy coming from the universe into the Brow chakra: your intuitive center. Visualize it as a beautiful inner universe with gorgeous shades of Indigo and sparkly silver, shining little stars. With your inner eye, inspect your brow chakra for any dark areas or spots. Use white light to clean and energize your brow chakra. See it healthy, cleansed and slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
Now move the energy coming from the universe into your throat: your center for self-expression and truth. Visualize it as a beautiful light blue, or aquamarine fan, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your throat chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a bright light blue or aquamarine spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your throat chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
Lastly, draw the energy into your heart: your center for unconditional love and empathy. This center is the link between the physical world and the spiritual world. Once again, scan the heart chakra for dark areas or spots, just as you did with all the other chakras. Visualize it as a beautiful soft pink and minty green fan, slowly rotating in a clockwise direction. With your inner eye, inspect your heart chakra for any dark areas or spots. See in your mind’s eye, the cleansed chakra as a beautiful, marshmallow pink and mint green spinning fan. Use white light to clean and energize your heart chakra. If the chakra is very small, imagine it to grow to roughly the size of a tennis ball. If it is too large, imagine the size to somewhat shrink.
To end off this visualization, expand your light through-out your body, filling every cell, organ and system in your body, then into your aura and up to about one or two meters around you. Bring in the universal Christ light as your protection, and imagine the golden layer of light solidifying into an etheric golden shield or shell – completely covering you and your aura.
