How to ground your energy into your self

Stand straight up and breathe in through your nose; slowly and deeply. Then slowly exhale through your nose. Repeat a few times.

Imagine a copy of yourself jumping out of your body and standing on your head. It is not heavy or uncomfortable because it is just made of energy.

Take your energy-twin by the ankle with your one hand and slowly pull it back into your body while you remember to regulate your breathing.

When your twin’s feet are aligned with your physical feet and the rest of you is perfectly aligned too, slowly exhale and open your eyes.

You are now grounded in yourself which means you can access wisdom from your higher self as you need to throughout your day.
