Ground yourself; Learn how to ground here

Take a cleansed, energized crystal and go to a place where you will be uninterrupted for a few minutes or so; Learn how to energize and charge a crystal here

Take the crystal in your hand and meditate with it for a couple of minutes. Just feel the energy of the stone and get acquainted with it;

Now take the stone in your Right hand and hold it in front of your face, level with your third eye, and state your intended purpose for the crystal by saying either out loud or quietly: “I dedicate this stone to (say what you want the crystal to do for you). I ask for whatever is for the highest good of everyone involved.” Say this three times;

Now close your Left hand over your Right hand and hold the crystal in the hollow of your hands. Send energy through your Right hand to the crystal and when you receive energy back from it, receive it with the Left hand. Keep sending the energy in a circle for about three minutes. If you know Reiki, send the Usui symbols through.

Your crystal is now ready to be used.
